NISSU maintains a generic learning content that guides the analysis of learning needs, curriculum development, and delivery of training. This generic learning content provides a framework for developing/harmonising the Modules, Session and Components, and the accompanying learning outcomes, methods, tools, and time allocation. The modular break-down (Module-Sessions-Components) facilitates adaptive e-learning that is flexible fitting leaners preferences in terms of selection and/or switching of topics, at own pace and time. The e-learning content also allows a synchronous eLearning whereby the learner can study independently from different location, at own time and pace.
